Question

There are two simple rules to follow to lose weight or to maintain a healthy weight. They are to eat a balanced diet with less fat and sugar and to exercise more. You don't have to starve to lose weight. If you eat less sugar, cakes, biscuits and eat more fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water, you will lose weight and be healthier. Go for a walk or cycling every day. Be more active instead of watching television or playing video games.
